Cannot register account with UKVCAS

I submitted my ILR application online on Thursday 19th September and after paying was forwarded to the UKVCAS website to register my account so I could book my appointment and upload my docs. However the registration process failed as when I pressed the ‘email access code’ I didn’t receive anything. After contacting UKVCAS said it was going to either to my Spam/junk folder. It wasn’t. Finally their IT prod support team sent me an access code but when I used this I got an ‘access code does not match the code sent in the email’ error. I have sent UKVCAS hourly complaints but as yet after 6 days I still have not been able to register. Anyone else had this experience?

You need to be persistent on getting solution with UKVAC, it’s quite strange. You are the first person that I have seen complain about that on this platform

Are you sure you provided the correct email address?
