what were the refusal reasons??Desiman wrote: ↑Thu Sep 26, 2019 4:20 pmHi I need help please.. I've made my third application for my wife in Pakistan and I am a British citizen by birth. My application for my wife's Spouse visa got rejected twice in the last 2 years.. I have now made a third application which is undergoing consideration and this application is based on my savings of £62500 which has been in my bank for 6 months and has not gone under this amount, always remained over. But my question is my brother has gifted me the money unconditionally and my solicitor has drafted a document to show that this money is a gift and does not need to be returned. My worry is if they call and ask why did he gift the money and any other trick questions they may ask. What is the best answer? .. Thank you.
You should have appealed the decision.Desiman wrote: ↑Sat Sep 28, 2019 2:33 amThe refusal on the second time was based on my employment where I was working 2 jobs that made up the £18600.. But they called me and both my employer's and unfortunately my employer's answers didn't match exactly to my answers.. And they didn't believe that I was working for either of them.. Even though I have been working for over 13 years in my main job.
This time you will be alright.
