I understand that when we apply for ILR via Tier 1 Entrepreneur, any child older than 18 years old will need to apply with their own form. However, someone told me that they can use the same application form as mine. Is this correct? If not, someone lead me to the Guidelines that state any child older than 18 years old will need to apply with their own form?
