ICT Tier 2 Dependent stay in UK without the Main Applicant

HI,
I have a query to ask. I am currently deputed in UK on ICT Tier 2 visa along with my wife. I have to return to my home country for 3 months and will be working from home country in the same company for that duration. My internal companies assignment will be closed but the VISA and COS will be valid. I will not be getting my salary in UK for 3 months and new assignment will be created on my return. My wife has got a full time job here in UK. So wanted to know is there a possibility that my wife can stay here and work legally while i am not in UK for 3 months as she has her valid visa. I had read somewhere that a dependant can stay for 60 days while the main applicant is away. Is this true? If anybody can help with any documentation from UK Home office or can share a link to contact home office then that will be helpful. Looking for responses.
