Your marriage cert is NOT needed if she is not British.

Yes you need to upload the referee forms.

hi all,

I have now uploaded the following documents into various categories on the UKVCAS website:
- Current passport all pages in one file
- Previous passport all pages in 1 file
- BRP ILR Copy (based on 5y Entrepreneur)
- LITUK pass copy
- 2x referee declaration (with photos attached on page 1 and signatures on page 2)
- UK degree certificate as proof of English
- Trips outside UK that did not fit in the application form - on a separate paper.

I have not attached anything else. Do i need to attached checklist with ticked boxes? Anything missed?

thank you all once again!

SR

I have just noticed that to the online form question whether i made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK and abroad i answered no. Should this be an issue?

State that on a paper, include that in the cover letter and upload with your documents before your appointment.
And the checklist is only for your own records, no need to upload.

You cannot change the online form after submission. If you have made any errors you can simply state that on an A4 sheet and upload with a cover letter before your appointment.
