Hello senior members and other members of this forum. I got a partial refund of £200 from my ihs fee.when I checked in this forum regarding that , there is a refusal possible after partial refund , but if the application is refused it needs to be full refund of ihs fee as per the home office website is that right. And also the home office website clearly states that if there is a partial refund the application is possibly successful, and also if there is refusal in dependent application as far my application I dint got any dependents in my application. I got my ihs £200 refund on 13th of September 2019 still now I dint got any communication from home office . But the home home office website clearly states that once the application decision made then only the refund will be initiated. As per the forum I read some dint got the HO decision even after the 2 months of the refund. So I am too much confused on these contradictions . So can anyone help me out on this matter

I suspect that you might be given leave for limited period perhaps equivalent to your remaining amount of IHS.
Periods and conditions of LOTR
Most grants of LOTR will be for a single short period of limited leave to enter or
remain. There may be cases where a longer period of leave outside the rules is
considered appropriate, because there are other particularly compelling or
compassionate reasons to grant leave for a longer period.

Since this is a very rare case so there is no timeline available. There is no other solution except keep waiting and seeing
