Tier 2 (General) Application - VFS MELBOURNE - PLEASE HELP

Hi all!

Need of some Visa advice urgent! I (Australian) am currently applying for my tier 2 (general) visa through VFS. My application VFS centre is Melbourne. There appears to be conflicting information on the site about if I self-upload documents before or if I can just bring them in.

Has anyone applied through the VFS Melbourne centre?
