English Knowledge exemption not available on online application

Hello-

Apologies if this has been answered previously. I am applying for ILR via a Tier 2 visa. I am from the United States, which should be an exempt country from the English language requirements. However, on the online application I am not given a choice of exemption. Is there now a requirement for a bachelor degree in English? I have one, but I do not have the paperwork needed to prove it at hand.

Answer no to the degree question as it is only relevant to the English requirement. HO don't care about your degree for any other purpose.
