Passport received not vignette transfer sticker

We applied for a vignette visa transfer after the 30days lapsed before traveling. We received the passport with no decision letter or the transfer sticker on the passport.

Also received an email instructing us to collect the BRP on arrival.

Has anyone experienced this before?
