Tier 2 General Visa scheduled for Interview Over Video Conference

I have applied Tier 2 General Visa , Now I got invitation to attend the interview with ECO over video call . Please can you help on below doubts

1) What is the reason for this interview ( I never heard about this for Tier 2 General )
2)What are they questions they may ask during interview.

Are you sure it's the ECO over video call?

Usually there is no interview from the caseworker for Tier 2 applications. They have the right to do it if they want to, but usually they don't. It's common for Tier 4 but not for Tier 2.

Thanks for your response . Yes , It is for Tier 2 General and with ECO. People who have had the same experience that I had are welcome to share with me.

Hope someone will respond. It's not common that's why you won't find tons of testimonies.

Just be familiar with your application: what's your job? what you would be doing on day to day basis? how was the interview? why did you go for that company?...

They probably want to see that everything is clean in terms of process and T2 terms.
