ILR Queries - Absence/Eligibility/Multiple sponsorss

Post by mfar87 » Thu Oct 10, 2019 12:04 pm

Hi,

I would really appreciate if someone can answer the below for me -

1. My Tier 2 general was valid from 09-12-2014(as in visa stamp) and I entered UK on 21-12-2014. Based on this, I have calculated that I can apply anytime after 11-11-2019. Is this correct?

2. For evidence of absence from UK, other than immigration stamps in my passport and travel itinerary, do I need to submit any employer letter showing they approved my absence as annual leave ?

3. I was employed by two employers (last and current) during my Tier 2 General, do I need CoS from both of them to attach to documentation ?
