Moving to Uk with Uk husband

Hi,
Can anyone help us?
We are currently in Ireland living,my husband is a coach driver here but is unhappy staying here.
I arrived in May from USA and have been given a stamp 4 while I wait for my 5 year residence card.
My question is can we move to Uk before my 5 year card is issued or do we have to wait?
Immigration is so confusing Im sure other people have done this before Plz help
On our steps we need to take.
My husband as a good job offer if we can go to live in England,any questions answers truly appreciated.

By assuming that your husband is British national who excercise his treaty rights in Ireland so that's why you were given residence permit under EU route. However, current date of brexit is set as 31st December which is in few days from now which means the surinder Singh route might not work and you have to follow the UK immigration route which doesn't allow to apply spouse visa from UK rather you have to apply it from back home or from your country of legal residence. If he has job offer going to start within 3 months of arrival then he can use his foreign income to meet the financial requirement without waiting further to 6 months. Also other requirements such as accomodation will need to be met. Read about them at below:
