Tier 2 ICT , Tier 2 General - ILR Eligibility

Dear Sir / Madam,

I heard and read some rule changes for eligibility of Tier 2 ICT Visa / Tier 2 General Visa holders applying for ILR.

Context from my end , I was on Tier 2 ICT with the original visa issue date July 2010 and I have got my visa converted to Tier 2 General in Sept 2017.

I have completed 8+ years of stay here in the UK and wanted to check if I will be eligible for Indefinite Leave to Remain.
