Change of employer

Hi guys,

I have recently changed job and received my new BRP but I am considering change my employer again due to higher salary and better prospect. I am wondering whether frequent change of employment (within a period of 30 days) will have a detrimental impact on my new visa application? Anyone had similar experience? Please kindly advice.
