Sponsor license expired

Hi,

can you please someone help me regarding the following issue;

My employer forgot to renew the license which was expired yesterday.
now my concern is;
What will happen next regarding my T2 Visa which is valid until 2022?
if the employer is going to apply for new sponsor license, then do I need to apply for new Visa with same employer with same Job title?
my 10 years will be in 8th Dec 2019, so can I qualify for 10 years if I don't apply for another Visa?
