Thanks for your response so far, you’ve been helpful Seagul.I just realized that by spouse(British citizen) passport expired last week, will I need her passport to apply for flr(fm) or flr(fp) or her passport isn’t needed for the application?

Scanned copy of valid (unexpired) British partner's passport will be needed. passport need to be valid
