Well my situation is quite complicated, im here on a 2 year working holiday visa from 2006 which expires in December 2008 and my partner is an asylum seeker from 2003.
My problem is that im currently pregnant and due in december after my visa expires, im currently going through a bad financial patch as im only allowed to work for one year an im supporting both my partner and myself.
my partner is abiding by the rules as he reports monthy and the home office knows where he lives as he was informed that he falls under the legacy case.
My question is what can i do to extend my visa so my partner can at least see his child at birth and also i would also like to give birth here as i can get good treatment as this is my first child and already having some minor complications.I currently dont have enough funds and i dont want to be here elligally.
