FLR(M) - How to get status update?

Hello,

I submitted my online application for spousal renewal in mid-July and had my free biometric appointment in Croydon on 22 July. We applied basic/non-priority.

I haven't heard anything from the Home Office and it's been 15 weeks. Is it possible to contact UKVI for an update? Our MP has enquired but hasn't recieved any updates. I remember when I applied for the first visa (living in USA at the time) there was an email address and phone number I could contact for a fee.

I see from the timeline thread that many others get their application approved within the stated timeline of 8 weeks, or not long after, and I'm getting anxious.

You can contact them for a fee, it's unlikely they will tell you much though. See the link below for contact details:
