PBS dependent extension and 2 weeks short for ILR

Hi CR001 and Zimba

Hope you guys doing good, need help to proceed with visa

Currently I'm on ILR via Tier 2 general but my spouse she will be eligible for ILR on 25/11/2020 as per 28 days before clause

Her current status is PBS dependent, visa valid till 16/12/2019

If I extend her visa based on my current employer who sponsored then she may get extension upto 08/11/2020
because my Tier 2 BRP valid upto 08/11/2020 or more because I have ILR and she will be eligible only on/after 25/11/2020

How should I proceed please let me know ASAP

As you hold ILR, she will get an extension for 3 years as stated in the Immigration Rules.

You cannot apply for a lesser time.

But I will provide my tier 2 general details only, and BRP number which will be valid till 08/11/2020
then how they will give more time

Your tier 2 is no longer valid as you now hold ilr. The form and IHS section will ask for your ilr expiry date which you put as day month 2022 to get the 3 year fee.

There are options to selected that you now hold ilr.
