Visitor Visa Accomnodation Requirements

I am planning to invite my sister and her 2 kids (5 yrs and 3 yrs) for about 2 weeks in UK. I am bit unsure about the accommodation requirements which needs to fulfilled. I live in 1 bed flat with my wife, will there be any issue fulfilling accommodation requirements for her visitor visa application.

One bedroom flat with such number of persons/kids will be overcrowded which wont meet the accommodation requirement.

What would be an ideal option, should we book an nearby accommodation near my house? How she can satisfy accommodation requirement for her visit.

What can act as ideal accommodation proof for her stay? Should I ask her to book an accommodation nearby my flat and attach a letter saying purpose of her visit is tourism and meeting me.
