Is it a marriage visitor or fiancee visa. If fiancee visa only then switching into spouse visa from within the UK will be allowed. 2 years of cohabitation won't be needed in your case because these are needed when you applying extension.Bealkr7 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 01, 2019 5:05 pmHello all, not sure if I'm in the right place but I am currently going through the spouse visa application for my wife who is Russian. We got so far and it is asking us to provide 2 years of proof that we lived together. Well we haven't. We have only lived together for 2 months. She is currently on a marriage visa, and we need to change to the spouse as we are now married. Any suggestions?
Many thanks.
For proceeding to next sections of application simply tick it yes but then in additional info section clarify it that 2 years of cohabitation evidences aren't required from you at this stage.
