https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... appendixfm
From above link simply choose fm partner then select your country to get the correct form/page to apply the visa. In your situation you won't need home inspection report.

Many members got visas without filling it but in my opinion it should still be filled out because that form is still active and there is no official confirmation for not filling it. Just fill it despite the same questions will also be asked on online form.

What is your UK immigration status and what did you put in as an expiry date of your status??

Usually to calculate the correct IHS amount the expiry date of ILR should be mentioned as 3 years.

IHS can be paid separately on the IHS website, using another email address.

Hi,
My wife has paid the IHS and application payments. And then she has to get a appointment in a VFS Global in Sri Lanka for finger print and photography. she paid for silver premium service for tomorrow . But the payment came as a error, so she tried twice and they charged her both times but didn’t receive the confirmation Email from them. We tried few contact number and emails and didn’t get any reply from them. So question is can she go directly and ask them about this issue!?

You should not ask citizenship questions in a topic about a spouse visa.
Please ask your citizenship questions in the British citizenship sub forum.

Hi,
I applied for spouse visa two months ago and I attached all the documents what they requested on the checklist form. But I didn’t attached the SU07 form, is this one compulsory? If yes, how do I submit now? Can you give me a suggestion please?
Thanks

SU07 is NOT required for a spouse visa.
