Voluntary return

Post by Sundancekid12 » Sun Nov 03, 2019 4:03 pm

Hi all,
I’m in Need of honest and candid advice regarding my complex case here, I’m an overstayer with couple of failed application asylum included. So I’m looking to depart voluntarily and hopefully get married to my Irish fiancé back home and apply for a fresh spouse application. What are the chances of such application being successful considering my track refusal record and obviously overstaying.

Is your Irish partner in the UK or in Republic of Ireland?

Is your immigration history in the UK or in Republic of Ireland?
