We never know I hope they may grant it we don’t know it at all. But easiest way is to apply from abroad but just hope for the best we never know.sorry don’t get me wrong if I said they will refuse or anything it’s happened to me that’s I am only saying about my experienced with them
I have read many cases in many different categories on this board.. all in silence. Now I am just really concerned. I made my application back in Jan 2019. FLR FP parent of British child and still comms. I know my case very messy and complex and I have no idea what the next letter will say or even when and it's 10 months now and still counting. Just really scared right now.verbina wrote: ↑Fri Oct 25, 2019 3:29 pmDear all,
Just wanted to share my joy with you..
My application has been granted on 22/10/19 merely 21 days after I submitted my biometrics in Croydon. I still can't believe how quick it was this time!
I feared the worst, as I'm on my second extension of 10 year route as a Parent of a British Child, but my child is now 19 years old (well she turned 19 last week), so I honestly thought it will be a problem as she can be classed as adult.
The universe just lifted off my shoulders!
I wish every single one of you a quick and painless application process and a successful outcome!
My situation was so MESSED up from the start, it didn't seem possible to ever sort out the mess I made and get on the road to being legal. But somehow in life things work out in the most peculiar ways and after a long period of illegal hell, I got my first Leave to Remain via 10 year route.
If anyone reading this silently in despair that their situation is messed up- trust me, there are ways to sort it! Read my story in my old posts and if I could get it sorted, you can do it too! Just get some sound advice and DOUBLE CHECK everything on here. And Good Luck! Much love! X
Have faith and keep on pray, you will get there! Am still waiting for their decision as well, Made application since August 2019 (FLR FP parent of British child)Ibid wrote: ↑Wed Nov 06, 2019 2:15 amI have read many cases in many different categories on this board.. all in silence. Many Thanks for the reply. Although my son was not born British but he got his citizenship by Registration from his Mum. But he is 10 years old now.Auk333 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 07, 2019 8:41 amIf your child is British by birth or a child spent 7 years in the uk so you don’t have to worry your application will be granted for sureIbid wrote: ↑Wed Nov 06, 2019 2:15 amI have read many cases in many different categories on this board.. all in silence. 6-8 weeks after biometric appointment.Sadz456 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 12, 2019 12:46 amHello everyone,
Just wanted to ask some advice please. I am currently in the uk and have been to my biometrics appointment on the 5/9/19. I have applied for the FLR FP partner route. What is the actual timeline for this sort of application? Also what is the number that I can contact to get an update on my application?
Thank you for any responses in advance.

Well that’s same copy paste they does.
The best way I will advise and please ask from your lawyer or barrister as well if you want quick solution. Get your English test done and if you meeting financial requirements don’t waste your time go back and re-apply next day I am sure in 1-3months everything will be done and you will be here.
Where was your hearing ?taylor hours and what was your case ?
Yes my appeal is allowed on same day.but as you wish the best and quick option also cheap way to save you money too Apply for entry clearance much easierNehag wrote: ↑Wed Nov 20, 2019 9:07 pmHi auk 33 I just logged an appeal. The lawyer suggested that It is much better now days than before to win the case. My husband didn’t want me to go back to apply. I have passed already my English before I applied my application. So I meet all the requirements accept I was a overstayer. Did your appeal went in your favour
