Refused Entry Into UK But Was Just Visiting

hello,
i dont know if thats the right page, but i hope anyone can help me with that question:

I was refused to entry into UK only like a visitor in April 2019
but i am going to start applying for a fiancee visa next month, we are on this distance relationship for more than 3 years

will the fiancee visa be refused for i have being refused like a visitor before?

does it have anyone else that passed for the same situation before and can give me a positive answer

Can I ask what the reason for visit refusal was?

Application for a fiancé visa is unlikely to be impacted by the non visa national visit refusal unless there was a deceptive element in your refusal. Hence the question above.

The fiancé visa - have you met before? If not then that will be a challenge.

NOTiCE OF REFUSAL OF LEAVE TO ENTER’

You have asked for leave to enter the United Kingdom as a visitor to see your boyfriend until 1 9 May

2019 but I am not satisfied that you are genuinely seeking entry as a visitor for the limited penod as

stated by you.

You stated en interview that you have come to the UK with visa application documents so that you and

your boyfnend can sort out the visa application to enable you to go back to Brazil to apply for a fiancée

visa However you were in the UK previously from 22 Dec 2018 to 06 Jan 2019, during that period you

could have arranged he documents for the visa application whilst you were In the UK However you must

be out of the UK to make this visa application

Ire interview you stited that you are currently unemployed, you also slated that you are now a freetance

finance person and that you can work from home I cannot be satisfied that you will not be working from

home in the UK whilst you are visiting your boyfnend

Although you stated that you have your mother in Brazil to return to I cannot be satisfied that this is a

strong ties in Brazil for you to return to.

In light of the above am therefore not satisfied you are genuine visitor as required by paragraph V4 2(a)

(C) and (d) of Appendix y: Immigration Rules for Visitor-srn

You have not sought entry under any other provisions under the immigration rules.

I therefore refuse you leave to enter the United Kingdom

Based on the content of the refusal your fiancé visa is unlikely to be impacted.

The summary of the refusal in Border Force speak... they didn’t like how soon you came back to the UK, nor the fact you are now unemployed and they plainly were looking for a reason to refuse.

Get your information and evidence for your fiancé visa and apply.

Personally I think it would be a better idea for you to marry in Brazil and go straight to Spouse visa. Cheaper and less of a hassle in the long run.

i have been reading about getting married here in brazil
and they said it is harder to get a spouse visa, instead of getting married in uk.

Time wise start to finish as in applying and waiting time grant then to arrival in the UK is guaranteed to be longer for a Spouse visa than a fiancé visa.

However once it is done it’s done and it is a single cost.

Look at fiancé visa costs and you will see you are paying a lot of money on top of the Spouse visa costs for what is in essence a few extra months together in the UK.

Brazil allows proxy marriages so it is entirely possible for you to marry without your fiancé coming to Brazil.

updating: it didnt affect my marriage visa
i got it in august 2019 and im actually in uk
i was very honest about the reason i was refused as a visitor
so for who has the same experience, give as many information as you can, and it wont affect your future visas (not on this case, again, im talking about MY experience)
