Tier 2 ICT dependent VISA without marriage certificate

Hi All,

I have Tier 2 ICT VISA and currently working in London. I am going to apply dependent visa for my wife and my daughter. Problem is I don't have marriage certificate but husband name and wife name mentioned in our passport respectively (Wife name on my passport and husband name on wife's passport). Moreover my and my wife name has printed in my child's birth certificate and our name mentioned in my child passport as well. Should I able to get dependent visa for them or anyhow I have to arrange marriage certificate. If it is necessary then is there any alternate as I am not in India right now.

You need to arrange for marriage certificate. That is a mandatory document for PBS dependent application.
