Tier 1 Dependent Visa - English Language Qualification

(asking for a friend)

My friend's wife is applying for a Tier 1 (exceptional talent) dependent visa from Pakistan. Does she need to take any relevant English Language exam? If yes, would appreciate if you can share information on English Language qualification requirements - many thanks.
