I register my company with company house, and HMRC. Now if i purchased a franchise to support my services will be acceptable and counted or not. please advise

Are you buying the Franchise from another franchisee or directly from the Franchisor ?

In my personal opinion, that would be. There is some grey area though. Immigration rules make clear that money that goes to a previous owner is not counted as investment. I can't see how money that goes to a Franchisor, which is essentially buying a licence to market can be discounted.

But I think @zimba can expand on why that would not be counted - I may be missing something.

Don't understand the question. Are you planning to buy a Franchise and run it to the ground ?
