Quick Query about spouse visa

Post by tay542 » Fri Nov 15, 2019 2:36 pm

Hi,

I would really appreciate it if anyone could kindly give advice on this urgent matter. The query is about Irish immigration.

1- I have received a confirmation letter from the registrar's office for my marriage in January.

2- My asylum application has been rejected over 2 months ago and I applied for humanitarian leave to remain and I could receive a deportation letter anytime.

3- Would it help in avoiding the deportation letter if I file an application for a spouse visa In December on the basis of the letter from the registrar's office confirming my marriage date?
