Spouse visa and almost expired English test

Hi,

I am planning to apply for UK Spouse visa next week with priority type. My English exam will be expire on 14th dec 2019 . can anyone advise me that can i apply with this test result or give exam again then apply. if i apply,what percentage of chance is that home office would accept my exam's result.

It should be at least of A1 level for initial spouse visa application or A2 for extension. If the test was never used before or not in the following list then it wont be accepted.
