Pakistani citizenship law

Didn't really know which section to put this in, but here goes..

A child is born in Ireland to a mother who is a citizen of Pakistan, and to a father who is both a citizen of Pakistan and a British citizen. The couple are married.

From birth, the child is a citizen of both Ireland and the UK. Question is, is the child also a citizen of Pakistan, by decent, through his mother and/or father? If not automatically a Pakistan citizen, from birth, can the child be registered as a Pakistan citizen? I believe that Pakistan has dual citizenship agreements with various countries, including the UK and Ireland.

The categories of persons granted Pakistan Citizenship are:
(E) Minor children (below 21 years of age) of Pak ladies married to foreigners.
(F) Children born to Pakistani mother and foreign national father after 18.04.2000 are to be treated automatically as citizens of Pakistan.
