Hi guys,
I'm looking to make a FLR FP private life application under rule 276ADE rule (v); (v) is aged 18 years or above and under 25 years and has spent at least half of his life living continuously in the UK (discounting any period of imprisonment).
I've entered the UK in 2008 on dependent visa when I was 11. Now I'm aged 22, I will be completing half my life in the UK next week . But majority of my stay in the UK has been unlawful and I have never left the country during my stay in the UK and I'm sure HO are aware of that also.
I have organised a file covering each year of residence in the UK but there are some gaps to fill but my school record should cover those.
I'm intending on to apply via super priority service as I think my case should be straight forward for HO since I had continuous residence without break but I'm unsure if it's possible in this type of FLR FP application.
Secondly as majority of stay has been unlawful, would that compromise my application in any way or form even-though I was unaware of immigration status for prolonged period of time until I had to find out the hard when applying for uni.
If you guys have any helpful advise or answers to my query please do have your say.
Thanks!
