We applied for my mother and father in law for visit visa.
My timeline is as follows
Standard Visitor Visa Sub- Category (Family/General) : Family
Country/Town of Application : Rabat/morocco
Application submitted & biometrics enrolled at :Rabat on 25-06-2019
Application received by British High Commission on : 26-06-2019
Contacted with 'decision made' text/email: 16-07-2019
Contacted for Collection by email : 16-07-2019
Collection made : NOT YET
Decision of Application : NOT SURE
They will go tomorrow to pick up the passports.
Now i have read on here concluded emails mean rejection bit still holding to hope. I received the following email on 16 07 2019 around 9.30am

After this time they will be returned to UK Visas and Immigration, who will pass them on to the issuing authority.

My question is has anyone got emails like this all on same day and 3 emails like me or just 2 emails.
Could be an issued visa maybe??? We will know for sure tomorrow but was wandering if anyone else is like my case.
