I would like to ask about the situation where my partner entry clearance is expirying on 01/01/2020, before that I need to apply for her extension
I have been granted Tier 2 General on 13/Dec/2016 for three years but on 13th January 2019 I have been qualified for ILR and I have received ILR on 22nd January 2019,
I have below questions
1) For extension is it mandatory to show past two years of stayin togather, Because my wife have been granted visa on 7th May 2018 till 01/01/2020 , which is not 2 years in total ?
2) For showing the proof of Maintenance Funds (£630) can she use two bank accounts ?
i) UK bank Account
ii) International Bank Account
3) Is there any Clear instructions on what documents to submit specified under any official Uk visas and applications website ?
4) I found the documents list from another similar topic
1) PBS dependent's Passport.
2) PBS dependent's BRP card.
3) ILR holder's Passport.
4) ILR holder's BRP.
5) IHS payment confirmation email print.
6) Bio metric Appointment letter.
7) Bank Statement showing £630 balance of last 90 days

9) Co-habitation proofs for last 2 years - Please advice if anything more needed .
i) Marriage certificate.
ii) Energy bills having both names on it.
iii) Water bill having both names on it.
iv) Council tax bills having both names on it.
v) NHS registration
5) For salary of ILR Holder and applicant togather should be how much in total ?
6) For Co-habitation proof, registration was not showing exact same date of arrival, is it going to be a problem ?
For example Council tax bill showing 7th June (1 month 23 days later)
NHS registration showing 30th june (1 month and some days later)
Energy Bill showing 2nd April (19 days later)
