Tier 2 general PBS dependent extension

Hi,

I just applied for tier 2 general (PBS dependent) visa extension. Actually I need visa extension for just 3months to get eligible for my ILR and I filled apolication form online and paid application fees and Surcharge for more than 5years as per my wife's PR expiry date.

I did all these and finally when we checked the statement of my wife's account there was in some pount of time less than 630 pound for only once on 83rd day ...After that we maintained the account.

My question is only coz of that reason can it be rejected?
Or If My wife's employer gives a sponser letter which he is willing to give...Will they accept that letter?? Or Do I need to go with other application by paying the fees again??

Could anybody have idea regarding this?? Can I get some advice??

You should only have paid IHS for 3 years and put the ILR expiry date as X date 2022.

Possibly as the requirement is very clear that it just be £630 for 90 days continuous. Maybe caseworker will overlook it. You do realise you can use either of your bank statements, UK or from abroad.

No it won't be acceptedas You can't do that as once the main tier 2 visa holder gets ILR, the employer cannot certify maintenance for you.

See if you have any other bank accounts to add that would meet the requirement.

Unfortunately, I don't have any other accounts to add.
Will they use the same NHS Surcharge if I cancel this appointment and reapply soon after the maintenance fund is reached?( If I apply on December 1st I can meet the fund required)
Is it a better idea to cancel the appointment now rather than waiting for the decision for this application ?
