Wanted to invite my sister on visit visa.

Hi,
I am a uk resident i am on spouse visa and habe been in uk from last 3.5 years myself and my wife owned 2 bedroom house and we have 2 kids and now my wife is pregnant with 3rd baby
As my 2nd baby is just 16months old so its a bit hard for my wife to look after all the things and we have decided to invite my sister from Pakistan for short while.
My concern is that my sister is 29yrs old and single and this is going to be her first visit to UK, what documents i required for her and what documents and things she required from Pakistan, i am on a good job with salary of 23k a year and got around 3 to 4k in my savings and my sister got around 1 million rupees in her account as shes dependent on my brother in Pakistan.
Need advise and help.

Since when she has been having these funds and does she has paper trail? Usually a sudden rise in funds just before of applying the visa or having no paper trail of funds leads refusal.

And yes she was doing a job before and she got all the paper work where that money comes from and thats all her saving from past few years.
