Tier 2 ICT dependant to Tier 2 general

Hi,

I am currently on a Tier 2 ICT dependent visa and my employer is sponsoring me to switch to tier 2 general visa.

1. I already work for an employer and My employer is ready to give me unrestricted cos. is this fine?
2. If Unrestricted cos is granted, can i switch visa within UK

1. No. You need a restricted CoS and must apply from home country.

2. No, you cannot switch within the UK.
