Tier 1 application processing on urgent basis.

Hi Everyone,

I am Waseem from Pakistan. I want to apply for tier 1 can anybody tell me is home office processing tier 1 applications on urgent basis.

Actually If i can log my tier 1 application with urgent processing request can home office entertain my request or they just process the tier 1 applications on usual process instead of urgent.

Waseem,

It depends on your reason for urgency. If it is a professional reason, they may process it urgently. The general feedback is that due to overwhelming urgency requests, they are considering urgent requests only on the basis of a sound reason behind it.

If you are making an application in Pakistan (your post doesn't make that clear) then it will be the local BHC who will be processing your application ... and not the HO in UK. So timelines will depend on the workload at BHC in Pakistan.
