Employer verification

Post by Aslan » Mon Jul 28, 2008 9:07 pm

Hi,

1) If a person switch from WP to Tier 1 general, does her current employer has any right to object this process if she had signed any agreement with them.

2) Will HO contact her current employer for verification purpose under the new rules and is there any other chance that her current company will come to know about the application for Tier 1.

No. You are not a bonded labour. You have every right to apply for Tier-1.

Yes.
