Hi All,
My wife and daughter on Tier 2 PBS dependent and recently I got ILR (June 2019).
And they are eligible for ILR on 24 May 2020 and they have Tier 2 PBS visa up to 13 March 2020

Now my question is: - 1. Do they need to apply for Tier 2 PBS dependent extension which covers the shortage of 2 months? If yes, what extension they need to apply because currently I am on ILR
Question 2?. Do they need to apply ILR again after 3 months?

Hi,

They will definitely have to apply for Tier-2 extension and they will get 3 years extension on approval. For your second question, they can apply any time once they fulfil the mandatory criteria of 5 years stay.

This is just my understanding of the Tier-2 extension rules. I would recommend you to wait for a reply from a senior member of this forum.
