Hello.

Can anyone help me with these questions:

1) Do UKVI always call the sponsor? It has been 50 WD (priority) and no call. I supplied a lot of strong evidence....

2) Original documents were sent to TLS along with scanned copies. Although the guidance for TLS has now changed, when I sent them 50 WD ago, the guidance said its okay to send originals just provide a pre paid envelope. Anyway today these originals were returned to me. Not sure how TLS works and whether this is a sign that a decision has been made. However on friday someone contacted my solicitor asking for evidence that we paid for the assisted scanning hub. This was provided. I am concerned that my documents have only just been scanned and have been sat in TLS scanning hub for 9 weeks. Does anyone have any knowledge about this. I paid extra for 24 hour scanning so figure that one out *face palm*. Did anyone else have originals returned to them from TLS and if so in what time frame was this done? THANKS

I can answer your first question:
No, they don't always call the sponsor, they only call if they need to clarify or to check up on your employment etc. However 50 WD is a long time as you've paid for priority. Perhaps call them or send an email. Im on my 7th working week today and i haven't had any calls.

Thanks for response! Okay thats reassuring. I have escalated. My partner was undocumented in the UK for some time so I was expecting it to not be done in 30WD. My solicitor said paying for priority would speed it up anyway even if it does take months. Probably shouldn't off bothered haha. One can be hopeful.

Hello, I want to inquire about my problem, three months ago I apply for spouse visa, I did not receive any call or email I was tracking my application on the site only ,I went to take my passport on Tuesday and did not get a visa and I did not receive any lettre with my passport or email explaining the reasons for the refusal. My husband called HO, and they said that nothing appeared in the system, neither refused nor anything, My Solicitor sent an email and did not receive any answer and for this moment we did not find any reason to refuse .

Yes. I thought the same, as I've read people have been getting calls during 4 or 5 week. I've had nothing. And in regards to the break i believe its the bank holidays which r not counted. This frustrates me even more. The wait is taking over my life

NO nothing at all? How about you?,
Same. Still nothing 😓😓😓😓😓
Usually people start getting calls and interviews around week 5 but some reason even my employers they didnt get nothing. In shaa Allah we will get somethin lets not lose hope. Im jut thinking if they go on an break until the 2nd does that mean that 2 weeks doesnt count?
Yes. I thought the same, as I've read people have been getting calls during 4 or 5 week. I've had nothing. And in regards to the break i believe its the bank holidays which r not counted. This frustrates me even more. The wait is taking over my life
Trust meee . Whom did you apply for? And when did they go to their biometric?
