Since you entered UK on 07-Nov-03, keeping the above in mind, the earliest that your ILR application should reach UKBA is 11-Oct-08 (and defintely by 14-Oct). I would just like to point out, in terms of education and tuition fees, that the two children on gap years will have to wait until they have ILR before being eligible for "Home" fees, and that, since they do not obtain ILR until October - which is past the start of the academic year - they will have to wait until the 2009 academic year to be eligible for "Home fees".shadi wrote:Thanks Vinny, have read them both. can i ask you there should be no need for worry as we still are a family unit and the girls are unmarried or it will be upto the case worker at the day to decide?
