Flr fp application made for brother

Post by Slife » Fri Dec 13, 2019 8:50 pm

Hi everyone,
I have made an application for my younger brother who has overstayed for past 13+ years. Has psychiatric illness at young age. Now for past 5 years has gone more. Supported by consultants detailed report. Me, my wife and my 5 year old daughter live together with him. We support him for all financial and emotional needs. He has no one in Pakistan as parents passed away when he was 17-19. Application made end of October 2019. Finger prints and documents submitted on 5th December.
Has anyone ever applied flr fp for extended family members? And what was the outcome.
Many thanks

Hi.
I meant he has applied for private life in UK. But most common application made on flr fp is on British wife or British child. In this case me, my wife and daughter is British. We are sponsoring him. He has been living with us.

He must be a grown man now. He cannot derive any right to live even your wife & daughter is British.
