Urgent help required for Tier 2 Dependent visa

Hi,

I am going to be applying for a dependent visa from INDIA as my spouse is currently working in London. I wanted to urgently enquire as to whether :
1. The 5 day priority visa is available for a spouse who is applying under the family/dependent visa ?
2. Is the NARIC letter mandatory to be provided for the dependent visa despite having studied in an English medium college

2. No. There is no English requirement for tier 2 dependents.

Thank you so much for the response.

Though when I am filling the application for my visa online - there is an option called ‘Other Documents’ which asks the person to provide a NARIC letter. Can I go ahead without submitting it ? Please advise.

Hi, I am applying for a UK visa as a tier 2 dependent from India and was looking for some guidance. The current application I am filling is the family category application (which includes joining partner in the UK). Is this the correct application? Can you please assist me in identifying the correct form and link. Thanks in advance for the help
