Tier 1 entrepreneur (Need urgent Advise from Gurus)

My name is S A and I would like to apply for ILR.
These are some outline from last 10 years.

Enter in uk 12-02-2010 with student visa until 31-12-2011

Student visa extended for the MBA from 01-01-2012 to april 2012

Applied PSW in April 2012
Got the PSW Aug-2012 to 29-08-2014

Initial app Tier 1 Ent 50k route; 29/08/2014 ( with wife and 1 children )

Refusal; 4-nov -14 with right to appeal

Appeal submitted 15-11-14

First tribunal appeal hearing notice 23-feb-15

Hearing; 20-July 2015,

FTT 4-08-2015
judge allowed the appeal and send case to HO FOR RECONSIDERATION.

02–sep-2015
HO interview letter received

15-September 2015
Interview held


HO refused again; 29-feb- 2016 with FTT right to appeal.

Appeal made instantly and hearing occurred on 28/03/2017.

Received refusal from first tribunal on 10/08/2017, with right to appeal.

Appeal made instantly to upper tribunal and

Decision received 28-02-18
FTT refused for the permission to appeal to the upper tribunal.
Also mentioned that
You may apply to the upper tribunal for permission to appeal on a point of law arising from the FTT’s decision.


Letter dated 28 feb 2018 however I received 8th March because of heavy snowfalls in all uk

I did apply for appeal and sent back on 15 March and they received 16th but they was considering 14 days

Refusal received 19-oct-2018 as they did not Admitted my application as they mention with the one day difference.

New application made 31-10-2018 with wife only for the Tier 1 entrepreneur with £200k
Funding was in Pakistan
Provided statements and legal letters


Biometric done in 15 days .

HO ask via email and post in December 2018
That why I did not applied the child application which I did applied in my first entrepreneur application.
I answered on both way that the child is with me and his mum also my dependent as the child never been out the UK since his birth and according to law he doesn’t need any application for the visa.

Last ECS check in Aug-209 and it was negative response from HO
11-December-2019
Received date 14-December 2019

Refused as funding was in Pakistan


My questions are:
Does it effect my 10 year long residency?


** I have two children but HO only have a record for one
1st kid 5years and 7months
2nd kid 3years and 3 months.

You do not have 10 years lawful residence until your visa is granted.
