Tier 2 Dependent Visa Accommodation requirement

Hi There,

I am recently (3month) moved to UK and now planning to submit visa for my wife and child. As I planned to lease a house once my wife granted the visa, still I am staying in a single occupancy appartment. I am just wondering do I need to submit any accommodation proof for their visa application. If any one have similar experience or knowledge about this please help me to get my this.

I did submit my rent agreement and no objection from landlord.
I don't think it is mandatory. But sometimes the caseworker might want to see kids accomodation.
