Can't get when English test became a requirement. Since 2013 application not successful no way to assess acceptability. MHO will think to get a new one done will be way to go. Await views of moderators and more knowledgeable persons.

using A2 English test that she passed back home,
A2 test is only available in UK. Only A1 and B1 is available outside the UK.

At the bottom of following link there is an option of 'Book an IELTS test in your country/territory' just select your country and see whether A2 is available there You will notice it wont be unless they have started most recently.. Do a test now:

Financial requirement question

Post by Hakimmouloudia2020 » Fri Dec 20, 2019 6:34 pm

My wife extension has been refused due to we don’t meet the financial requirement I use to work only part time and claim housing and Benefit, my wife return back home and now we planing to make a new application.
I have been working full time in the last 4 months and if I calculate it this way, i ll be well over 18600
2 months part time without adding housing benefit Payment received + 4 months full time
Or is best not to take risk it, and wait another two months and provide 6 months full time payslips, because on the bank statement it would show that I was claiming housing and benefit on the first two months
Thank you

Spouse visa enquiry

Post by Hakimmouloudia2020 » Sun Dec 22, 2019 7:54 am

Hello everyone
My wife entered the UK with spouse visa, then we applied for visa extension under the 10 years route coz at that time we didn’t meet the financial requirement, our application has been refuse, we went to court and Judge maintained HO decision, my wife returned back home and now that we meet financial requirement, We about to make a new application under FLR M route
* do I need to make a covering letter and explain all this on the new application
* would I meet the financial requirement under category A non salaried employment by providing the last 6 months payslips only ( by counting all the 6 income i had divide by 6 x 12 )
* any other things that I should do or provide HO with specially for the people who went through this already
Thank you 🙏

You can use form FLR M for apllications abroad.

She has to apply for a new entry clearance visa.

I'm sure CR001 intended to write 'You can't use form FLR(M) for applications abroad.
(Casa, not CR001)

Yes provided you have worked for same employer from the last 6 months.

I worked 2 months part time and I was claiming housing benefit
And I worked 4 months full time.
If I add those 2 months to 4 months I worked full time
Then divide them by 6 then x 12 = I ll be over £ 18600
Would the benefit I claimed effect my wife application coz she has been refused her visa extension she returned back home and now we are about to make a new application !!
Or shall I just not risk it wait another 2 months and applied with 6 months full time payslips thx

If you have claimed benefits for which you are entitled then it won't affect to anyone. If you have earned at least £9300 during the last 6 months from same employer then you can apply under category A. If you wish and if seems convenient for you to apply after 2 months then yes you can provided you meet the requirement.
