Application for my Parents

Hi Team,

Can anyone answer me regarding the Standard visitor visa for my parents (Comming from India) Is creating an application and booking an appointment 2 step process (i.e) create the online application / Pay / and then book an Appointment
(i.e is it possible to book an appointment only after payment ?).
