Question about timelines when you can reapply if a visa gets rejected?

Post by ukbusinessworker » Mon Dec 23, 2019 1:05 pm

Hey guys a really quick question I just want to confirm:

If someone is coming from India as an Indian national on a normal UK Visit Visa - and it gets rejected, they can reapply right away, right?

If it's an American national coming into UK for visit/holiday does not need a visa

However if someone is from India, as an Indian national or American, applying for a UK Spouse Visa, and that gets rejected, then we have to wait a year before reapplying?

Is this correct, or if a spouse visa gets rejected you can reapply right away for that too? I’ve been told there is a period you cannot apply if it gets rejected

Thanks

Where did you read or hear this??? It is not true.

Yes, provided you meet the requirements and address all the refusal points.
I’ve been told there is a period you cannot apply if it gets rejected
Whoever told you this is smoking their socks.

Ok so to confirm if your application for a spouse visa to uk gets rejected, you can reapply right away? That would mean just repaying the whole fee's again right?
