Vignette transfer

Post by zamanam » Wed Dec 25, 2019 1:50 am

Hi Gurus,

Hope you can respond to this urgent question for one of my friends- he got work permit for UK from Pakistan via 30 days vignette on his passport

But he got dengue fever while still outside the UK and thus couldn’t travel within 30 days, only 5 days left to expire his vignette visa - he has two questions

1- can he get an extension of this 30 days period on medical grounds or have to apply for new visa

2-one he is fine is there any restriction on medical grounds for previous dengue fevers patients (after cure) to enter the UK

Thanks

Apply for a new 30 visa vignette, costs almost £200.
